Une histoire née du terrain associatif

Optim’Asso est né d’un constat simple : le monde associatif repose sur des personnes engagées… mais souvent débordées, mal accompagnées ou face à des démarches complexes.

Après plus de 14 ans passés sur le terrain, comme bénévole, salarié, formateur, responsable régional, Clément a imaginé un organisme de formation qui répond réellement aux besoins des associations : concret, humain, utile et accessible.

Création d’Optim’Asso et lancement des premières ressources pédagogiques (newsletter et chaîne YouTube).

2021

Obtention de la certification Qualiopi, qui garantit la qualité des formations et leur prise en charge possible.

2022 - 2023

Développement des prestations d’accompagnement et intervention dans le centre de formation Campus 2023.

2024

Optim’Asso obtient le statut d’entreprise de l’Économie Sociale et Solidaire (ESS).
